Health and beauty company AVON have sponsored a clean white tram car on the number 10 line, calling on women to speak out against domestic violence.
This is a great example of how companies can agitate for social reform in a way that directly supports their customers. In the era of Corporate Social Responsibility, AVON is showing others how it ought to be done.
“Speak Out Against Domestic Violence” (Говори Открито Срещу Домашното Насилие) is part of a long term international campaign aimed at fighting domestic violence and abuse.
The campaign is a project of the AVON Foundation for Women worldwide.
