The 15th annual Sea and Memories International Music Festival will be held in Varna from 4-6 May. It features popular music from Bulgaria and other countries, and fosters the creation and popularization of new sea themed songs. The festival is held in the Varna Festival and Congress Center and has a competitive aspect for the performers.
The festival is held in two phases. During the first phase, a selection committee considers the applications it has received and nominates participants for the next phase. The second phase includes concert stage performances before a jury and spectators. Awards are given after the competition is completed.
