The famous Lovers’ Bridge in Sofia is the stage for a photo exhibition titled “The Earth from Above.” The outdoor exhibition by the French photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand is a special display of images from different parts of the world. It is an aerial portrait of our planet on view free of charge through November 18.
The World of Furniture, featuring furniture producers and importers, takes place in Sofia at the Inter Expo and Conference Center from October 17-20.
The Japanese Embassy presents an exhibition called The Magic of Paper in Bulgaria Hall in Sofia, showcasing the art of paper flowers in honor of the Days of Japanese Culture. Works of art are on display through November 7.
“Visitors” from the St. Petersburg Museum of Wax Figures may be greeted at the Earth and Man Museum in Sofia through January 5, 2008.
