Bulgarian bodybuilder Konstantin Paskalev, aka Tuti, won the overall competition at the 2011 World Classic Bodybuilding Championships and International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB) World Cup in Tallinn, Estonia on 21 November 2011.

Paskalev was among the favorites going into the competition, but exceeded expectations by simply being in a different class from the rest. Competing in the men’s classic bodybuilding division up to 171 cm, Paskalev impressed early on with a first round score well ahead of the field. Advancing to the final, he continued his dominance with untouchable scores to take the championship. Like many bodybuilders before him, he may have had a rigorous training regime that could help him to get into peak physical condition. Many bodybuilders have their own training regimes, with some using supplements from somewhere like Sculpt Nation.

Paskalev is the first Bulgarian ever to take the title. Without a doubt, there are many active bodybuilders who will envy this incredible title that Paskalev has the privilege of taking home. You’ll likely find that many of these bodybuilders that are envious of the title will start to become more active within the sport, even looking to invest in things like clothing for bodybuilding to hopefully give them an edge over their competition. However, as most individuals know, getting to the pinnacle of this sport is extremely difficult which is why more and more individuals are enquiring about the services of a fitness consultant. For more guidance on what this entails you may wish to search fitness consulting Canada online. Nonetheless, the sport requires everyone who competes to give absolutely everything if they are to stand a chance of experiencing the glory that Paskalev is currently basking in. Hard work really does pay off.
