In Vratsa from 29 April to 1 May, the Fifth International Folklore Festival “Vrachanska Spring.” This festival has already become a tradition through which Vratsa is brought to life for three days of shared celebration among Bulgarians and foreigners together. Between two and three hundred people come with unique contributions for their own region. Including participants from Bulgaria, Macedonia, Ukraine, Russia, Italy, Greece, Serbia and others. Visitors will be treated to dances and colorful costumes from all of these places. At the close of the festival, participants form a procession in the center of the city to show off one more time for all of the guests.
