tea-ceremonyThe Days of Japanese Culture in Bulgaria are an annual tradition, dating back to 1990. This autumn, the festivities are being held under the motto “50 Years Since the Renewal of Diplomatic Relations between Japan and Bulgaria”. Lovers of Japanese music, traditional theatre, ikebana, tea ceremony, and Japanese cinema can spend some unforgettable evenings in October, November, and December experiencing Japanese culture in Sofia, Plovdiv, and Veliko Turnovo. If this sparks your love of all things Japanese, you can always look at japan tours for you to go on for a holiday and see the beauty of the country first hand. The official opening of the event was on 25 September at the National Gallery for Foreign Art, with the vernissage of an exhibition called “The Spirit of Bud? – History of the Japanese Martial Arts”.
